The apartment is heated by a modern Hive smart thermostat, which is usually set to a comfortable temperature of around 18°C.

If you’d prefer it a little warmer, you’re very welcome to adjust the thermostat to suit your preference. The thermostat is located in the sitting room next to the Wi-Fi router.

If you have any difficulty adjusting it, just let me know and I can easily adjust the temperature remotely for you.

For extra comfort, you’ll also find soft blankets in the living room and bedrooms — perfect for cosy evenings.

Scottish weather can occasionally deliver four seasons in one day, so please feel free to adjust things until you’re perfectly comfortable.

The living room also features an electric living-flame fire, which adds a lovely warm glow if you’d like a little extra atmosphere.
