Shoes & Slippers
We ask that outdoor shoes and boots are removed on entry. A shoe stand is provided in the hallway, along with fresh guest slippers for your comfort. This helps us keep the flooring and rugs beautifully clean for everyone to enjoy.

Quiet Hours
The apartment is located within a residential building, so we kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am out of consideration for neighbours.

No Parties or Events
The apartment is intended for relaxed stays rather than gatherings or events, so parties are not permitted.

No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the apartment.

No Naked Flames
For safety reasons, candles or naked flames are not permitted.

Number of Guests
Only the number of guests included in the booking are permitted to stay overnight in the apartment. If your plans change, please contact your host in advance.

Respect for the Property
Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care so that future guests can enjoy it just as much as you have.

Lost Keys
If keys are lost during your stay, please contact your host as soon as possible so arrangements can be made for replacement.
